Find The Positive

Hope you enjoyed the sunshine this weekend ðŸ˜Ž

I don't know if it's just me, but have you ever noticed how much more positive people are when the sun is out? And how when other people are positive it makes it easier for you to stay positive too?

It's no secret that positive thinking can increase motivation, boost energy levels and ultimately have a massive impact on your success both in and out of the gym, so for todays email I thought I'd use this opportunity to remind you to FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES.

Celebrate the wins, no matter how small.

Let's take weight loss for example, maybe your goal is to lose 10-15kg, and when you do manage to do that, it'll be a massive achievement and well worth celebrating. But the thing is, you're not gonna lose 10kg today,  this week or even by the end of the month.

And as silly as it sounds, in order to lose those 10-15kgs, you first need to lose one kilo, and then another, and another and so on until you reach your goal.

So our advice for today is try not to focus on the destination. Focus on the process, the small improvements that you make every day, which add up to big results over time.

With that in mind, can you think of ONE SMALL WIN that you’ve had over the last week or two? It might be something that you didn’t notice because you didn’t think it mattered.

But now you know, it does. Just one small thing that may have brought you one step closer to your ultimate goal.
