Motivation is a Myth

One thing we hear a lot from people who are struggling with their health and fitness is that they lack motivation.

“I just don't feel motivated to train.”

But the problem with this way of thinking is that, it's based on the assumption that you need to feel motivated in order to train.

Now don't get me wrong, it's definitely easier to train when you feel motivated. But the fact is, motivation comes and goes.

There are days when you will feel super motivated and ready to take on the world, and then there are days when you'll feel the complete opposite.

And if you're relying solely on motivation to train, you'll find it difficult to stick to a plan consistently and achieve the results you're after.

Saying that, there is something we've noticed that can have a huge impact on motivation and may help you train more consistently. and that thing is.....

Taking Action.

It sounds simple enough, but if you wanna feel more motivated take action.

It could be one workout.

One healthy meal.

One good night's sleep

It could be anything that’s a small step in the right direction.

So if you’re looking to get back into a routine or make a fresh start with your health fitness ask yourself, what’s one small thing you can do today in order to get started?

Pick one thing and do it. Then do it again.

And again.

And then see what happens.

And as always, if you want a little advice, or nudge in the right direction, please don't hesitate to reach out.
