Before going any further, we'd like to make it clear that this is NOT a 28 Day Transformation Program. We do not believe in quick fixes, this is a 28 days to help you 'kick-start' the positive sustainable habits that will help you live a happier healthier life

This program is for you if:

You’re tired of “quick fix” programs and are willing to dedicate 6-12 months to getting in shape the sustainable way.

You've tried things in the past that worked for you initially, but found it difficult to stick to for a long time, or didn't enjoy the restrictions it placed on your social life and eventually fell off the wagon and lost the progress you made. We want to help you make fitness and nutrition a part of your life, without it taking over, so that you can do it forever.

You want to get healthier, fitter, and stronger and stay that way for the rest of your life.

 This program is for people who want to lose weight and body fat, build physical strength and confidence, get results that last, and get off the diet roller-coaster once and for all. We won’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we’ll help you build habits that will get you results that last forever.

You want a supportive coach to hold you accountable and keep you consistent through the program

Nothing worth doing can be done alone. That’s why we work closely with our members to help them eat well and exercise, no matter what other craziness is going on in their lives. You’re busy and have enough to worry about; let us take care of the fitness and nutrition details so you don’t have to.

Ready for a Kickstart

On one hand, we like to ask our members to commit to a minimum of 3, 6 or 12 month memberships at our studio, because we want to help you build long term sustainable exercise and nutrition habits that last a lifetime, and that takes time.

But we also understand completely that asking for that commitment upfront can be a lot, so we’ve created a 28 Day Kickstart Membership, where we will take you through the first 28 days of your personalised program for a reduced price.

That way you can try our coaching services without the long term commitment, and then at the end of the 28 days, if you think we’re a good fit for you, we will enrol you into one of our longer memberships.
