The key to lasting change is making small, sustainable tweaks. Instead of cutting out your favourite foods, learn to enjoy them in moderation.
Love pasta? Great! Try to choose the less processed or high protein variations sometimes. Big fan of your morning coffee? Keep it, but maybe maybe ease up on the sugar.
These little changes can add up over time without feeling like a sacrifice.
Roll with the Punches
Life is unpredictable, and that’s okay. Your plan should be flexible. Travelling? Have a plan to stay active and make good food choices. Busy week at work? Prepare simple, healthy meals ahead of time. Your plan should bend, not break.
Consistency Over Perfection
Remember, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent. If you have a bad day, don’t stress. Just get back on track. Real progress is made with everyday choices, not occasional perfection.
Enjoy the Process
Find what you love. Hate running? Don’t do it. Try dancing, cycling, or something else you find fun. When you enjoy your routine, it’s easier to stick to it.
