Small Actions

Today I wanted to share some thoughts that might help you on your health and fitness journey…

As coaches, we believe that small actions done consistently are the foundation of real change. And although we completely understand wanting to take action and make big changes, in our experience it's the small, meaningful changes that really lead to long term sustainable progress.

And whilst it’s definitely worth celebrating the big, impressive achievements, like hitting a new personal best in the gym or losing a significant amount of weight, we'd like to remind you that there's something to be said for the little victories too.

Maybe it's something like finally mastering a difficult exercise or committing to a consistent workout schedule. Although these smaller victories may seem insignificant in the grand scheme of things, it's these little things make those bigger things possible.

So as your coaches, we want to encourage you to celebrate these small wins along the way.

Take pride in the progress you're making, even if it doesn't seem like a huge achievement at the time.

And remember, it's these small, consistent changes that will lead to real, long lasting progress. So keep up the great work 💪.
