All of our Training Plans are 100% tailored for YOU. During our initial Success Session we will discuss your exercise history and current goals in further detail, before taking you through a movement based assessment. This will provide us with the necesary information needed to create the most effective program to help you achieve your goals.
After this initial sesssion, we'll take you through the first 28 days of your program, training you 3 times a week at a heavily discounted rate. But unlike our normal memberships where we ask people to comit to a 3, 6 or 12 months of training with us, there is NO OBLIGATION to continue with us after 28 days,
