And now that gyms are reopening, you'd like to lose the 'lockdown weight' and rebuild sustainable exercise habits that support your health and fitness goals.

During lockdown it was fun doing PE with Joe Wicks, and now that you're in the habit of exercising regularly, you'd like to build on your progress and follow a personalised plan to improve your health and fitness further.

I suffered from cartilage problems in my right knee, but they worked on strengthening the supporting muscles and it no longer bothers me.
