With this in mind, we created a FREE 4 week Home Workout Program that you can do anywhere. You don't need fancy equipment any equipment, all you need to do is carve out some time, push some of your furniture aside, and crack on! about time we addressed the psychological side of losing weight.
We then had a thought long and hard about some of the struggles that our friends and families have had since the start of this lockdown.
We understand that it's having a training plan doesn't really help if you can't find the time, or motivation to do the workouts. So we decided to go one step further and create a new Facebook group from the ground up to help support you through all the challenges of being on lockdown.
Here’s what we want to do for you…
DAILY Accountability: That’s right, you won’t stray from this routine, because we’ll be in touch with you via our newly created Facebook group on a daily basis to remind you WHAT to do and WHY you’re doing it!
Habit Change: This goes hand-in-hand with the Accountability. Together we’ll help you identify which habits you’re struggling with… and help you to REPLACE those bad habits with a good habits that help build and support your immune system
DAILY Recipes and Ongoing Nutrition Coaching: Each day we will share healthy and delicious recipes for you to
DAILY WODs: In addition to the 4 week Program, we’re gonna share additional workouts in the group each day to really light a fire under your metabolism!
Community Support System: You’ll become part of our new online “tribe” of like minded people, looking to achieve the same goal, and you can share the wins and help boost those who are struggling.
